Upon payment and confirmation, order is released within 1-3 working days to the courier.
We choose the courier (J&T, Flash, Ninja Van, LBC, etc.) we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest yet most reliable depending on the size and weight of your parcel.
Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 9pm, but we cannot guarantee an exact date or time the order will be delivered.
Please be advised that it may not be possible to deliver to certain areas. In such cases, we will contact you to ask if you would like to proceed with the order by providing an alternative delivery address or cancel the order altogether.
