Do I need to register and set up an account to be able to order?
Registration is not required to place an order.
However, we encourage you to do so for your convenience. As a registered user, there is no need to input your information each time you order.
You can also track your purchases, and you will be informed of upcoming promotions, discounts, and other enticing offers.
How do I order online?
On our website, go to the product page of the item you would like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.
After you have added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, follow the instructions on screen to complete your order.
When is my order processed?
All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Are items in my cart reserved under my name?
Saving items in your shopping cart does not mean a reservation. This facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make your purchase.
While The Outdoor Armory ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your cart may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase.
When this happens, you can pay for the items that are only available in stock, while the out-of-stock items will be removed from your cart.

When is the deadline to pay for my order?
The deadline to pay orders via card transaction, over the counter, or offline option (bank deposit, money remittance) is within 48 HOURS from the date and time of order.
If you fail to pay your orders within 48 HOURS, the system will automatically cancel your order.
How do I use my discount or promo code my order?
Your discount or promo code can be entered on the respective field at the Checkout Page. Our discount/promo codes and their terms and conditions vary.
Kindly make sure to check the mechanics upon receipt and before use.
Please take note that certain discount orpromo codes are not valid on gift vouchers and certain items, services, and brands.
Delivery
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Change in schedule or charges due to holiday’s will be posted accordingly.
Depending upon the courier, you may expect your orders to be delivered within 1 to 3 working days for areas within Metro Manila and 3 to 8 working days for areas outside Metro Manila. Shipping days do not include weekends, holidays and the day the order is picked up from our warehouse.
After your order has been shipped out, you may track your package through our website or the courier website.

How much is the delivery fee to my address?

I cannot receive my order myself, can I authorize someone else to receive it for me?
To protect the customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification.
However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter and a proof of identification.
Can I pick up my order at any of your physical stores?
No, you are not allowed to pick-up in any of our physical stores due to inventory management concerns.
